Job Summary: The HYBRID Allocation and Replenishment Analyst is responsible for providing thoughtful store analysis that places the right product in the right stores at the right time which contributes to the Company's sales and margin goals. This role works closely with buying, visual, and store partners in delivering assortments that satisfy our customer's needs. This hybrid role will report to the BedQuarters location in Houston, TX 2-3 days each week and may work remotely the remainder of the week. Essential Responsibilities Manage location reporting and analyze store productivity by category on a regular basis, identifying opportunities/liabilities, to ensure execution of corporate sales and inventory objectives. Create localized assortments that meet the needs of the customer through thoughtful store analysis by region, market, district and store. Accurately execute new sales strategies through product allocation/recommendation. Monitor replenishment product placement by store, partnering with field and supply chain on recommendations. Participate in inventory analysis by DC/store and present findings and recommendations to Supply Chain and Store Execution. Support the Planner in routine analysis and data pulls. Maintain updated store list as well as eligibility files. Create store assortments for launch of new product based on Buyers' intent. Participate with data analytics in store clustering objectives. Prepare complex ad-hoc analyses as requested. Coordinating and schedule meetings that contribute to the advancement of projects. Proactively reach out to cross-functional partners, management, and counterparts to advise of any concerns regarding the development or improvement of processes, Department or Company as a whole. Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date. Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all. Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts. Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation. Communicates any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations. Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field required Professional Experience 5+ years relevant professional experience with at least the 2 most recent years in an omnichannel retailer with exposure or direct management toward a majority of role responsibilities listed above required Skills List Ability to interpret data, formulate strategies and execute initiatives. Ability to manage multiple initiatives and changing priorities effectively. Takes initiative to plan and complete assigned work with a high level of accuracy. Ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas effectively using written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
