The Opportunity:

This is a great opportunity for an individual that is looking to gain valuable work experience and be a part of a growing team and company.

As the menu specialist, you will be responsible for entering new restaurant menus, updating existing menus, and ensuring the menus are structured correctly to provide the best possible experience for our customers and restaurant partners.

The full-time schedule would be Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Transfer data from paper formats or online ordering platforms into database systems
• Verify menus by comparing them to source documents or online ordering
• Loading and structuring menus of new restaurant partners
• Updating pricing or seasonal items for existing restaurant partners
• Communicating with Restaurant partners to discuss changes or needs

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk; or background in the restaurant industry.
• Solid typing skills; 40-50 WPM.
• Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Basic understanding of restaurant menus.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Time management – Ability to set goals and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
• Good communication skills: both written and verbal.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
