Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Manager to support the administration, coordination, and oversight of our counseling services. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and experience in mental health operations. Responsibilities: Oversee scheduling, case coordination, and client flow. Support counselors/therapists with documentation and case review. Ensure compliance with mental-health standards and procedures. Manage reports, charts, and communication within the program. Assist with program development and quality improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Experience in mental health administration or case management. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and remotely. Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
