Key Responsibilities • Create and send job estimates and invoices using QuickBooks Online or company templates. • Schedule and coordinate solar Detach & Reset crews with partner roofing companies and homeowners. • Track project status, confirm completion photos, and update client files. • Communicate clearly in English with U.S. team members and clients. • Maintain organized digital files using Google Drive, WhatsApp, and email. • Assist management with job summaries, QA/QC reports, and progress tracking. • Provide daily updates on open projects and follow up on unscheduled or unpaid jobs.
