I am looking for someone to get prior authorization and then to help with billing. We use Simple practice for billing and Acuity Scheduling to book clients. We are a nutrition company so, we really only use two codes. We need someone who can do work during Pacific Standard Time hours. We also want someone who is very friendly and personable. We might also want help with some minor project management of testing clients. For this you need to be very organized and very on top of things. We use Monday.com for this an it is an excellent software. Bonus points if you can do follow up calls to book appointments for clients we haven't seen in a while or send text with out texting software.
