- As a Medical Assistant in our Monroe location, you’ll be the heartbeat of our care team, working alongside our Physicians, Advanced Care Providers, and exceptional staff to ensure every patient feels supported, informed, and cared for.
- What You’ll Do
- Be a key player in a high-performing, patient-focused team.
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, guiding them through their visit.
- Take vital signs, review medical histories, and assist with procedures like breath tests and pill cam placements.
- Keep our environment safe and organized—because patient safety is your priority.
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, and authorizations with precision and care.
- Educate patients about their conditions and treatment plans, empowering them every step of the way.
- Maintain accurate documentation in our EHR system to ensure seamless care.

- Requirements
Education/ and or Experience
- · RMA or CMA certification preferred.
- · Two year certificate from college or technical school; or minimum of one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- · Maintains knowledge, skills and abilities through ongoing education.
- · Completes all mandatory reviews/educational required and assigned.
- · Participates in performance improvement activities.
- · Is actively committed to meeting / exceeding employee expectations / satisfaction in the performance of job functions.
- · Maintains compliance with all laws and applicable regulatory requirements. Acts promptly to comply with required changes.
