Advantage Care Health Center and the Fay J. Lindner Center for autism and developmental disabilities are Long Island’s premier Federally Qualified Health Centers. Together we provide quality medical, dental and mental/behavioral health services to all members of the community. Our health care centers are designed to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere to help put every patient at ease, both children and adults. The Fay J. Lindner Center for autism and developmental disabilities provides clinical services for individuals, their families and the community.
