About Us We are a fast-growing clothing brand gearing up for our biggest Q4 yet. With Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and New Year just around the corner, our products, creatives, and campaigns are ready. After working with an agency, we’ve decided to bring on a dedicated freelancer who can take full ownership of our ad accounts and scale our brand profitably for the long term. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer who specializes in scaling e-commerce clothing brands through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You should understand Q4 shopping behavior inside out and know how to scale aggressively while maintaining profitability. Responsibilities Take over our current Meta ad accounts and manage the smooth transition from our previous agency. Plan, launch, and scale Q4 campaigns to maximize sales and ROAS. Test and optimize creatives, audiences, and offers to quickly find winning combinations. Structure and manage campaigns for long-term scalability. Collaborate with our team to refine ad creatives tailored for Q4 sales events. Monitor campaigns daily, making rapid data-driven adjustments. Provide weekly performance reports with insights, learnings, and next steps. Must-Have Requirements Minimum 2+ years running Meta ad campaigns for e-commerce brands. Proven success scaling budgets from $500/day to $5,000+/day profitably. Strong knowledge of Q4 e-commerce scaling strategies (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Boxing Day). Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and advanced tracking. Clear testing and scaling methodology for clothing/e-commerce products. Strong analytical skills and independent decision-making ability. Preferred Qualifications Experience specifically with clothing/fashion brands. Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. Understanding of Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns. Knowledge of funnel optimization and upsell strategies.
