We're a performance marketing agency for roofing companies. Looking for an media buyer for Google and Meta ads who's highly experienced in the technical side. You're not doing anything creative like ad copy, creatives, or scripting, we handle that ourselves. For every client ad spend you manage: $300 first month, $510 every other month You must: - Know how to structure daily, weekly, and monthly spend across Meta and Google to match your testing - validation - scale stages - Understand break-even ROAS math and CPA targets, so they kill fast and scale smart - Manage budgets across multiple campaigns + platforms without waste (every dollar of spend should be a data experiment that informs the next move) - Run high-volume creative and audience testing while managing cost caps, bid strategies, and learning phases Know when to: Kill losing ad sets early based on cost/lead or CTR Pause/test variations methodically Scale winning sets via budget scaling, duplication, or CBO/ABO shifting Avoid fatigue, duplicate data properly, and maintain performance at scale You don't wait for '5 days of data’ , you know how to make judgment calls at $50/day or $500/day spend. Expert at Meta & Google conversion tracking, including: GTM / GA4 tagging Facebook CAPI Google Enhanced Conversions GHL webhook events (or offline conversions if needed) Make Meta and Google “talk to each other” using UTM parameters, CRM tagging, first-party data, and conversion APIs You want synergy between channels, not siloed campaigns Technical Funnel Integration Knowledge Can troubleshoot GHL forms, lead events, CRM triggers, and event tracking setup Understands the technical language of our funnel builder (webhooks, Zapier, n8n, APIs, etc.) Works closely to ensure pixel fires, thank-you pages, form completion, and CRM data all match up cleanly Reporting & Pattern Recognition Delivers daily/weekly performance reports with insight, not fluff Flags anomalies (e.g. surge in CPL, drop in conversion rate, etc.) and recommends next actions Can spot audience behavior shifts in time to optimize Elite Internal Communication Syncs tightly with: Us — to align on offer angle and strategy Our funnel builder — to ensure CRM events and LPs work in harmony Knows how to log changes, wins/losses, and learnings inside Slack / Notion / GHL dashboards If this is you, apply, thanks!
