We are seeking a skilled engineer to perform Reschecks, Comchecks, and create mechanically and plumbing plans for both commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with IECC standards and be proficient in using Autodesk AutoCAD for drafting and design. We are seeking a skilled mechanical engineer with a strong background in commercial HVAC system design, specifically adhering to the U.S. IECC standards. The notes from the city reviewer pertaining to the attached plans show that I need information regarding following specifics for these set of plans: IB 101 Residential Checklist for One and Two Family Dwelling Plans. 2021 International Energy Conservation- Energy Analysis/ Compliance Report a. RESCheck (from the Department of Energy), or b. IC3, REM/Rate, Energy Gauge, or other DOE approved software c. For the section R405 Simulated Performance Path, the submittal energy analysis report submitted is required to contain the information in R405.4.2.1 and the software comply with R405.6. for the R406 Energy Rating Index path the submitted report is to comply with R406.6.2 for information submitted, and sthe software used must comply with R406.7
