Marketing VA (UGC, Social & Creative / Marketing & Project Management Coordinator – Amazon FBA / Ecommerce) We are an Amazon FBA brand launching a new product and need a Marketing Virtual Assistant to help manage our launch and post-launch marketing efforts. This is not a Seller Central operations role — your focus will be on UGC campaigns, social media coordination, and creative/web, and project management deliverables. You’ll be the glue between our content creators, designers, website dev, and ad contractors. 🚀 Responsibilities UGC Management - A MUST Manage JoinBrands campaigns (post briefs, review applicants, approve content). Communicate with creators to ensure Amazon-compliant product videos. Track deliverables, revisions, and organize all content. Polling / Testing - support through platforms that amazon fba users use for polling marketing efforts. Project / Task Management w/ the team: Click up / Trello / Other task project management tools Organization skills Communication skills Social Media Support Coordinate Instagram schedules & content with our social team. Engage in Facebook groups (outreach, UGC recruitment, awareness). Assist with influencer outreach when needed. Creative & Web Coordination Manage designers for Amazon listing images, A+ content, and Brand Store. Work with website developer to provide assets & track progress. Maintain deadlines and keep assets organized. Contractor Support Liaise with our Google Ads manager, PPC contractor, and social team. Ensure campaign deliverables and deadlines are aligned. Reporting Deliver weekly updates on UGC, social, creative, and website status. Maintain trackers and flag risks early. ✅ Requirements Proven experience with JoinBrands or other UGC platforms. Familiarity with Amazon FBA content rules (no restricted claims, etc.). Strong skills in organization & communication (Google Drive, ClickUp, Sheets). Experience with Instagram/Facebook groups (posting, outreach, coordination). Able to manage multiple freelancers and projects at once. Bonus (not required): Experience with PickFu, influencer outreach, or web project coordination. 🔥 What We’re Looking For Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced launch environment. Detail-oriented and deadline-driven. Proactive communicator who keeps things moving without hand-holding. ⏰ Commitment Intensive 2–3 weeks pre-launch + 1–2 weeks post-launch (high activity). Ongoing support afterward (lighter weekly tasks).
