Role Overview We are seeking an experienced marketing tracking and automation specialist to implement, debug, and connect multiple ad platforms with GoHighLevel (GHL). This role is highly technical and focused on conversion tracking, CAPI, pixels, analytics, and CRM automation setup. Scope of Work & Responsibilities Tracking & Analytics Setup • Implement and debug Facebook Conversion API (CAPI) and connect it to GoHighLevel • Set up and troubleshoot Google Tag (GTM or gtag.js) implementation • Connect and verify Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Ads campaign tracking • Ensure accurate event tracking, conversions, and attribution across platforms Ad Platform Integrations • Set up TikTok Pixel and Conversion API and connect to GoHighLevel • Set up Reddit Pixel and Conversion tracking, including CAPI where applicable • Verify data flow, event matching quality, and deduplication GoHighLevel CRM & Automation • Set up pipelines in GoHighLevel • Build follow-up automations and workflows (email, SMS, task creation, lead movement) • Ensure leads from all ad platforms are correctly captured and routed in GHL • Test end-to-end lead flow from ad click → conversion → CRM → automation Required Qualifications • Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) integrations and automations • Strong expertise in Facebook CAPI, TikTok Pixel/CAPI, and Reddit Pixel • Experience with Google Tag Manager / Google Tag, GA4, and Google Ads tracking • Deep understanding of event tracking, attribution, and debugging (e.g., Test Events, Tag Assistant) • Ability to document setup and provide a clean handoff Deliverables • Fully functioning tracking and CAPI setup across all platforms • Verified and tested events with accurate attribution • GoHighLevel pipelines and follow-up automations live and tested • Documentation outlining setup, access, and maintenance instructions Nice to Have • Experience in healthcare, education, or lead-generation businesses • Familiarity with privacy compliance (cookie consent, iOS14+, server-side tracking) How to Apply Please include: • Examples of similar tracking/CAPI projects • Platforms you have implemented with GoHighLevel • Your estimated timeline for completion
