Part-Time Marketing Manager - Industrial B2B Manufacturer **About the Company** Our client is a growing North American manufacturer of specialized industrial ventilation systems serving laboratories, wastewater treatment, chemical processing, and industrial facilities. **The Opportunity** We're seeking an experienced part-time Marketing Manager to join our team, to help us bring structure, momentum, and results to our client. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on coordination of both internal team members and external freelancers. **Core Responsibilities** *Marketing Coordination & Leadership - Coordinate team of freelancers (technical writer, designer, SEO specialist, Google Ads specialist, etc) and internal team members - Create and maintain marketing calendar and project workflows - Drive accountability and momentum across marketing initiatives - Establish efficient processes and systems for marketing execution - Manage marketing budget and contractor relationships *Digital Marketing & Automation - Help manage and optimize HubSpot marketing automation workflows - Oversee Google Ads - Oversee SEO strategy and implementation - Monitor analytics and optimize campaign performance *Content & Lead Generation - Coordinate content creation across blog, email, and social channels - Build and optimize lead nurturing campaigns - Develop technical content for B2B industrial audiences - Create sales enablement materials - Manage LinkedIn presence and engagement *UX/UI & Website Optimization - Improve website user experience and conversion paths - Optimize landing pages for lead generation - Ensure brand consistency across digital properties **Required Qualifications** - 5+ years in B2B marketing (industrial/technical sector strongly preferred) - Proven experience coordinating marketing teams and freelancers - Track record of building marketing momentum in small organizations - Demonstrable results with marketing automation and lead generation - HubSpot (marketing automation and CRM) required - SEM/SEO management and optimization - UX/UI principles and best practices - Shopify - Google Analytics and Google Ads - Project management **Key Attributes:** - Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight - Strong project management and organizational skills - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution - Results-driven with focus on measurable outcomes - Excellent communication skills for coordinating multiple stakeholders - Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
