If you’re ready to own your lane and grow, read on. ⸻ Role Overview You will lead the creation and management of marketing lists and direct-to-seller outreach campaigns across multiple channels (mail, text, and more). You’ll use tools like Excel, Redfin, and our internal pricing engine to analyze property data and generate highly targeted mailers. You’ll also coordinate campaign timelines, update CRM records, and eventually help us migrate to GoHighLevel. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • List Building & Pricing • Use proprietary tools and Redfin to analyze parcels and generate pricing • Create segmented mailing lists using Excel or Google Sheets • Scrub and clean data for accuracy • Campaign Execution • Prepare and send campaigns via mail and text • Maintain campaign cadences and timelines • Track campaign success and iterate on lists and messaging • CRM & Calendar Coordination • Coordinate internal calendars and marketing deadlines • Help manage and eventually migrate CRM into GoHighLevel • Keep Pebble and other tracking systems current and synced • Team Collaboration • Work closely with acquisitions, lead management, and admin staff • Communicate clearly and keep others aligned on task timing and completion ⸻ What We’re Looking For • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, filters, clean formatting) • Data-literate and research-savvy (Redfin, parcel records, property valuation) • Detail-oriented and extremely organized • Self-starter who can plan and own deadlines • Clear, proactive communicator • Analytical thinker—understands how small changes affect the big picture • Familiarity with real estate, Pebble CRM, or GoHighLevel is a plus ⸻ Why Join Us • Work with a sharp, high-performance team • Build systems that scale a 7-figure+ land investment business • Opportunity to take full ownership and grow your role • No micromanagement.
