Responsibilities: Apply for marketing jobs on my behalf. Track job applications and link to the job in an Excel spreadsheet. Make edits to the resume according to the job applied. Create and manage accounts on various job search platforms, including: Indeed Monster CareerBuilder SimplyHired TheLadders Hired Ensure all applications are submitted accurately and in a timely manner. Keep me updated on the status of applications and any responses received. Requirements: Proven experience in job application processes. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with job search platforms mentioned above. Previous experience applying for marketing or similar roles.
