The ideal candidate should have prior experience in data research and be skilled at identifying and verifying accurate prospect information to enable targeted outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Research and gather data on potential prospects, including company details, contact names, job titles, phone numbers, and email addresses. 2. Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness. 3. Organize and maintain data in CRM systems or spreadsheets, ensuring information is up to date. 4. Work with marketing and sales teams to build lists for campaigns and outreach strategies. 5. Ensure data is collected and used in compliance with privacy and security guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. 3–4 years of experience in data research, lead generation, or marketing data roles. 2. Proven experience in a similar data research position. 3. Strong knowledge of online research tools and CRM platforms. 4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data collection. 5. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. 6. Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience working with US-based prospects. 2. Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Apollo.io.
