If you’re a builder, a doer, and someone who wants to make their mark read on **About the Role** We’re looking for a hands-on **Marketing Coordinator** with a focus on paid media to join our growing team. You’ll support the execution and optimisation of Google Ads, Pinterest, Tiktok and Facebook Ads campaigns across both Australian and international markets, while also assisting with creative strategy, analytics, and competitor insights. This role is ideal for someone with **1–2 years of performance marketing experience** who’s eager to build skills across paid media, e-commerce growth, AI-driven automation, and cross-functional collaboration. **Key Responsibilities** - **Paid Media Support:** Assist in planning, building, and optimising Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. - **Creative Collaboration:** Support the creative strategy process by providing insights, feedback, and follow-ups with the creative team. - **Analytics:** Review performance at the product level and highlight trends or opportunities to optimise campaigns. - **Competitor & Pricing Analysis:** Conduct market research to identify competitor activities, pricing strategies, and positioning opportunities. - **Content & Influencer Support:** Upload and manage creative assets, including influencer content, ensuring alignment with paid media campaigns. - **Cross-Functional Coordination:** Work with the Email and Organic teams to source and repurpose content for paid advertising. - **Ad Copy Refresh:** Write and update compelling ad copy that resonates with different audiences and supports campaign goals. - **Website Support:** Check site functionality, upload/update content, and assist with basic Shopify tasks. - **SEO & Content:** Apply basic SEO knowledge to write blog pages, refresh website copy, and source content that supports paid and organic growth. - **AI & Automation:** Explore and leverage AI tools and agents to streamline workflows, reporting, and campaign execution. - **Autonomous Execution:** Take ownership of tasks and proactively identify ways to improve campaign performance.
