- The Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing & design operations. Working directly with the Director of Marketing, this position will assist with graphic design & video production to strengthen brand awareness and support business objectives.

- Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Design & deliver marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, email newsletters, social media posts, tradeshow materials, and website updates.
- Manage and maintain digital assets, ensuring content accuracy and brand consistency.
- Support trade show and event logistics — from booth setup coordination to follow-up communication.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics and marketing KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, production) and external vendors to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and assist with budget tracking and purchase orders.
- Provide general administrative support to the Director of Marketing and the broader marketing team.
- Produce & edit a variety of promotional & educational video content.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role (manufacturing or B2B experience preferred).
- Graphic design & video production editing experience
- Digital & print media experience, including publications, trade show materials, large print media.
- Media management & production workflow knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Video production expertise in lighting, shooting, audio recording, color grading, motion graphics, editing, and other related skills.
- Knowledge of video equipment purchasing requirements and appropriate care.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Davinci Resolve required.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or social media scheduling platforms preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, to meet demanding content calendar deadlines.
- Physical Requirements
- · Ability to lift, carry, and transport video equipment and accessories weighing up to 40 pounds.
- · Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
- · Must be able to sit or stand for long durations, sometimes while operating cameras.
- · Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination sufficient to operate cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, and editing tools.
- · Ability to visually frame and focus shots, adjust lighting, and review footage for quality (with or without corrective lenses).
- · Sufficient hearing ability to monitor and adjust audio levels during recording and editing (with or without assistive devices).
- · Must be comfortable working in a variety of environments—indoor, outdoor, and on location—which may involve varying temperatures, lighting conditions, or minor physical obstacles.
- · Ability to travel between locations with equipment as required.
