Description: I own a non-medical home care company in Columbus, Ohio (HeartlyCompanio LLC). I am looking for an experienced performance marketer who can bring real clients — not clicks, impressions, or social media activity. My business provides non-medical home care services for seniors, so I specifically need someone who understands how families in the U.S. search for care and what drives real conversions. 📌 Required Marketing Channels I want to focus ONLY on the channels that actually bring clients in the home care industry: 1. Google Local Service Ads (LSA) – main source of calls You must have proven experience setting up and optimizing LSA for local U.S. service businesses. 2. Google Ads (PPC Search) – additional source of hot leads Search campaigns for keywords like “home care”, “senior care”, “in-home caregiver”, etc. 3.
