City Beautiful it is, in setting, in character and quality of life!Apply now and become part of our team!Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of fabrication and production equipment, including CNC machines, manual mills, lathes, and other shop tools. This role also provides support for general facilities maintenance and repair as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of both the equipment and the facility.Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines, mills, lathes, grinders, saws, and other fabrication equipment.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on shop equipment.Coordinate and perform repairs or part replacements to minimize downtime.Calibrate machines and perform basic alignments and adjustments.Assist with general building maintenance including lighting, plumbing, HVAC support, painting, and small construction tasks.QualificationsBasic Requirements Technical or trade school certification in machining, maintenance, or mechatronics.5+ years of experience in industrial or machine maintenance.Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, particularly with CNC and manual machine tools.Basic knowledge of electrical systems and reading wiring diagrams.Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.Ability to lift 50 pounds.Capable of safely working with live electrical systems, including single and three-phase circuits up to 575 volts.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced Electrical knowledge and troubleshootingExperience with PLC troubleshooting or CNC control systems.Additional InformationThe expected compensation range for this position is between $32-$37 per hour.Compensation for roles at Syntegon varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
