The Opportunity As Manager, Web Content, you will oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimisation of digital content across Cochlear’s global web properties and campaign landing pages. Reporting to the Director, Digital Production, you’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on expertise in content management systems (CMS) to ensure our websites are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand standards. Your responsibilities include: Lead Global Content Authoring: Manage a team of content authors to build and update web pages, microsites, and landing pages across multiple markets and languages. Content Governance & Compliance: Implement best practices for accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and regulatory compliance using enterprise CMS (Sitecore). Campaign Execution: Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver high-performing landing pages and digital assets for global campaigns. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Digital Experience, IT, and regional marketing teams to ensure consistency and scalability. Team Leadership: Coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. About You. As we grow our operations, we are looking for people who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers. To add value to Cochlear in this role, you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Experience: 7+ years in web content management or digital production, with 3+ years in leadership roles. Strong people leadership experience managing high performing and ambitious international teams. Technical Skills: Expertise in enterprise CMS (preferably Sitecore), accessibility standards, and SEO principles. Project Management: Ability to manage complex, multi-market web builds and deliver on tight timelines. Collaboration: Strong communication skills and experience working in global, matrixed organisations. Ideal candidates will have experience in regulated industries (healthcare or medical devices), familiarity with web analytics, and a track record of driving workflow improvements.
