Job Title: Manager - Web Analytics Location: Philadelphia Employment Type: full time As the Manager of Web Analytics, you will lead the delivery of actionable insights to support the performance and optimization of AVEVA’s digital properties. This role requires deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and a strong understanding of web analytics methodologies to measure content performance, user journeys, site health, and conversion optimization. A key responsibility of this role is overseeing the implementation and ongoing maintenance of web analytics tags using Adobe Experience Platform and Google Tag Manager. You will also manage the web analytics data layer—ensuring accurate, consistent, and scalable data capture across AVEVA’s websites. This includes defining tracking requirements, collaborating with developers, and validating data integrity to support reliable reporting and analysis. Experience with SQL And PowerBI is a strong plus, as these tools will support advanced data exploration, integration of web analytics with broader marketing datasets and the creation of dynamic dashboards for executive and cross-functional reporting. As a member of the Marketing Analytics team, you will deliver insights that enable us to optimize the AVEVA suite of websites, improve demand funnel visibility, support pipeline creation, and accelerate our ability to engage customers, prospects, and partners through data-driven decision-making.   Key responsibilities Deliver actionable insights on our website performance across our key products, solutions and industries using Adobe Analytics Collaborate with the Web Strategy team on personalization opportunities and analyzing site updates Support strategic initiatives like Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation and other digital transformation projects by contributing web analytics expertise Track and analyze performance metrics (lead generation and conversion) and make data-based recommendations to the Marketing teams on how to improve the impact of the website and help accelerate pipeline growth Manage and maintain web analytics tagging infrastructure using Adobe Experience Platform and Google Tag Manager, with a strong focus on data layer integrity and scalability Support the governance of our consent framework across our suite of websites – knowledge of digital consent frameworks preferred   Essential requirements  3+ years of industry experience with a bachelor’s degree  Highly analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented, with a commitment to excellence and a passion for understanding the business Superior communication skills - verbal, written & presentation skills  Demonstrated ability to transition seamlessly from complex analyses to simple/precise business implications   Desired skills  Strong experience with Adobe Analytics Strong experience with tag implementation, using tools such as Adobe Experience Platform / Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager Strong experience with digital consent frameworks, using tools such as TrustArc  Strong experience with Power BI and Salesforce required Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills    Marketing at AVEVA At AVEVA Marketing, you’ll be part of a diverse global group of creative, strategic and digitally savvy thinkers and builders.
