Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine This position is responsible for leading data automation, standard reporting, and performance dashboard development for Caplyta in the Neuroscience franchise. This position will guide the integration of Caplyta datasets and metric definitions into the One Data Platform (ODP) and advise colleagues on appropriate use of data and dashboards. This position plays a leading role in advising and counseling management in the development of new and existing business strategies and as a result, shares accountability for business results. The position will partner closely with Strategy, Analytics, & Transformation matrix partners and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Drive consistency & automation of metrics for CAPLYTA Serve as subject matter expert for Caplyta performance metrics being integrated into One Data Platform (ODP) Seek opportunities to standardize and simplify Caplyta metrics across the franchise Lead projects to automate reporting and dashboards for Caplyta Develop, maintain and deliver performance dashboards and executive management reports for Caplyta Develop and execute vision for consolidated Caplyta brand dashboard to serve as central location for franchise performance management deliverables Manage project design, content, and roadmap for Caplyta dashboards, including National and Sub-National Brand Hub and Account 360 Dashboard Coordinate the completion of forecast summary reports and assumption sheets leveraging the FUSION platform Serve as a strategic advisor to Strategic Insights & Analytics (SIA) leadership team for Caplyta Explore new insights and processes to drive and measure growth across Caplyta Evaluate new data sources for ability to deliver deeper insights in a timely fashion Stay abreast of emerging healthcare & pharmaceutical industry trends and assess their potential impact on the Caplyta business strategies Serve as liaison to Caplyta SIA team for performance requests from J&J Innovative Medicine leadership Collaborate with key stakeholders and matrix partners (including Data Management and Strategy, Forecasting, Integrated Analytics, SIA Portfolio Solutions and consultant resources) on deliverables and data integrity Train and educate stakeholders on data, dashboards and reports Enable Credo-based culture and serve as a role model for making Credo-based decisions Qualifications: BA/BS or equivalent experience required, Advanced degree desirable. A minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience in market research, forecasting, marketing intelligence, sales, business analytics, strategic planning, finance, management consulting is required, 5 years is preferred. Proven success partnering across the commercial organization to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Experience shaping and influencing organizational decision-making. Strength in storytelling, data visualization and developing effective presentations. Knowledge and demonstrated use of syndicated healthcare data sources and suppliers. Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is required. Preferred: Self-motivation and a high degree of intellectual curiosity. Strong leadership agility and success solving ambiguous business issues. Knowledge across a broad spectrum of forecasting and analytic approaches and ability to identify appropriate approach to address key business questions. Experience with Tableau and Power BI is preferred. Other: This is a hybrid role based in Titusville, NJ and will require flexibility to travel to other campuses. The anticipated base pay range for this position is : 100,000-172,000 Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
