We need a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our campaign strategy and community engagement, focused on growing the customer base and maximizing revenue per member — and helping execute a clean, high-impact launch to our latest product. This role reports to the COO. *Potential ongoing monthly work after sprint. ✨ What You’ll Do Marketing Campaigns & Lifecycle Design and launch marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc), to drive customer acquisition, retention, and upsell opportunities; monitor CTR/CPC/conversions. Build and optimize lifecycle strategies (onboarding, renewal, win-back) to reduce churn and increase ARPU. Plan and oversee editorial, email, and community campaigns aligned to growth targets. Manage and brief creatives/writers (freelancers or AI-assisted) to deliver campaigns with consistent brand voice. Develop targeted initiatives for upsell: memberships, add-ons, and special content tiers. Track key metrics (growth, churn, ARPU, engagement) and continually optimize campaigns. Create community programs (AMAs, prompts, events) that strengthen retention and member loyalty. Sync messaging across web, email, and community touchpoints. 🛠️ Milestones 25%: Campaign & launch strategy + runbook + metrics defined, aligned to customer base growth targets. 50%: Launch assets tested, campaigns running, smoke test completed; first 6 weeks of campaigns launched with reporting on acquisition, churn, and ARPU impact. 25%: KPI dashboard/reporting delivered + strategy update for next quarter/retention roadmap delievered. 💸 Compensation Fixed: $4,000 total for the 2-week sprint Hours: ~30–35 hr/week Location: Must be US or Europe time zones for overlap with founder and team. *Potential ongoing monthly work after sprint. ⭐ Requirements Experience in subscription/membership-based businesses. Strong track record in campaign design and execution that delivers growth and retention outcomes. Knowledge of upselling tactics, churn management, and ARPU optimization. Analytical and data-driven, but also creative with messaging and community engagement. Proactive communicator — reliable and responsive on Slack/Upwork.
