Salary Range: $53,000 – $65,000

About the Role
We are conducting a confidential search for a seasoned General Manager to lead operations at a well-established indoor family entertainment destination. This individual will oversee all aspects of the venue, ensuring that guests enjoy a safe, fun, and memorable experience while driving financial and operational success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and service.
• Build and manage budgets, track financial results, and implement strategies to meet performance goals.
• Hire, train, and inspire a strong team, cultivating a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Develop and oversee marketing initiatives, local partnerships, and promotions to grow attendance and revenue.
• Uphold compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry best practices.
• Report to senior leadership on performance metrics, highlighting successes and areas of opportunity.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in a leadership role within hospitality, entertainment, or attractions.
• Strong record of achieving revenue and operational goals.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Business degree preferred but not required.
