• Apartment communities in Sanford seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team. Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Excellent communication skills are essential as this position involves coordinating on a regular basis with management and coworkers, residents, and subcontractors. All members of the maintenance staff participate in a rolling on-call calendar.

BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES

• repairs to appliances and fixtures
• patch holes in walls
• paint building interiors
• clean vacant units and interior spaces
• miscellaneous carpentry repairs
• change locks
• grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal
