Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to the following

• Ensures the team follows all company policies and procedures
• Responds to maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Makes sure projects stay on schedule, including having work-orders are completed and submitted
• Hands on Supervisor who performs maintenance work as needed
• Escalates issues to management but also offers recommended solutions
• Manage, supervise and execute maintenance as well as support activities at the resort site
• Ensure to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies and parts to accurately repair all equipment
• Maintain systems to supervise service requests promptly complying with OSHA safety requirements
• Ensure to keep cleanliness at shop and storage areas as well as well-stocked, organized following company program
• Conduct proper follow-through on all maintenance issues
• Ensure to deal with resident maintenance issues in timely manner working with maintenance staff
• Plan maintenance employees’ schedules as per forecasted workloads
• Ensures compliance to company safety and security standards, procedures and policies
• Ensure maintenance personnel adheres to grooming guidelines and utilizes all safety equipment correctly as needed
• Conduct safety inspections as scheduled and complete accurately as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

• Requirements
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bi-lingual ability is required for this position
• You must be proud of the environment you control.
• Candidates must be detail oriented and hard working.
• A positive attitude with a smile is a must, due to the fact that this role is a front line position to residents, other personnel and customers.
