- As a premier landscape management Company, we are proud to partner with Community HOAs, Senior Living Facilities, Corporate Campuses, Multi-family housing Communities, Commercial Properties, CIDs, Etc.
- An ideal candidate would be skilled and highly motivated, focusing on working safely and providing outstanding customer service. The Field Manager's core requirements will be to conduct site inspections and provide leadership, guidance, and assistance to the landscape maintenance crews.
- Requirements
- Working under the guidance of an operations manager daily will help you develop a clear understanding of the requirements and responsibilities of an Operations Manager.
- Supervising and coordinating crews: Planning and scheduling daily production activities on assigned contracts, including an introduction to budget hours and scheduling.
- Quality control: Inspecting work daily to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Team development: Developing and training team members through active participation in training programs and providing on-the-job guidance.
- Communication: Maintaining open communication with both Operations and Customer Relations Managers to address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment maintenance: Ensuring assigned vehicles and equipment are in good working order.
- Safety: Identifying and addressing potential unsafe working conditions.
