• We are currently seeking an Maintenance Assistant Entry Level. This role is critical in that the overall operating condition of the facility is a key factor in determining a first impression.

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to the overall maintenance and upkeep of this beautiful facility and ensuring the facility is pristine in appearance both inside and out.

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing/rehab facility required.

• Must be a service oriented, customer centered individual with a commitment to the overall goals for success.

• . Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent.
• • Must have, as a minimum in a maintenance/plant related position.
• • Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems.
• • Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• • Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
• • Must be licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
• • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

• Requirements
• Must have a clean background check
• Experience in nursing home maint. assistant/laundry/housekeeping preferred
• Must submit to a drug screen
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
