RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of product codes, product descriptions and associated seasoning and ingredient codes and descriptions and packaging materials. Keep work area clean and tidy during production. Knowledge of proper machine operation, calibration and replenishing consumable materials used in packaging. Set up of date coding equipment with proper date per production sheets. Visually inspect packages as the come down the line, removing defective packages from the line. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs). Other duties as assigned. Provide on-the-job training to new team members. Manual dexterity required for performing job. Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
