We're looking for a talented designer to create a sophisticated, timeless logo for our luxury travel agency, Merle and Michael Travel Services. We're based in Pittsburgh, PA, but serve clients across the U.S. We specialize in luxury cruises, curated land programs, and high-end hotels/resorts, while still catering to mainstream and family vacations. The slogan, “Discover Your Own Story,” reflects a personalized approach and comes from our founders last name (Dyos = Discover Your Own Story). The logo doesn’t need to include the slogan, but it should capture the feeling of discovery, individuality, and understated elegance. We want to avoid the generic look of many travel logos (no planes, globes, or clip-art icons). Instead, we’re inspired by brands such as Kuoni, Abercrombie & Kent (A&K), and Belmond—logos that are purely typographic, confident, and timeless. The design should feel refined, professional, and versatile enough for both digital and print use. Tone: Sophisticated, trustworthy, and aspirational — boutique luxury rather than mass-market.
