I own a luxury apartment in Miami, Florida listed on Airbnb. I’m looking for a professional Airbnb management company to handle the entire property remotely under a monthly fixed-cost contract. The apartment must maintain five-star presentation, perfect cleanliness, and consistent guest satisfaction. You’ll manage everything—from guest communication and cleaning coordination to vendor scheduling—while I oversee remotely. All communication will be through WhatsApp chat. Updates, photos, and reports must be sent after every cleaning, guest check-in/out, and maintenance visit.
