Description: We are looking for a skilled designer to create a new highway frontage sign for our property. The sign size is approximately 8 ft 1 in tall x 8 ft wide. We want the sign to highlight our main property unit, show the area clearly, and feature our current logo. However, we are also open to a refreshed or improved logo design if you believe it would strengthen the overall look. What we need from you: 1. A professional design for the highway frontage sign. 2. Incorporation of our current logo OR a redesigned logo (if you propose a better version). 3. A design that is eye-catching, professional, and visible for highway traffic. Important: • Please submit your initial design concept(s) upfront. • You may watermark your design for protection. • Payment will only be released if we approve and decide to move forward with your design. This is a design-only project. We are gathering quotes for the actual sign fabrication separately. Skills required: • Graphic design (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent) • Branding/logo design (preferred) • Experience with signage or large-format design To Apply: • Share your initial sign concept(s) with our logo included (watermarks allowed). • If you propose a new logo, please include that in your design mock-up. • Provide examples of similar signage or branding work you’ve done.
