We're an early-stage US-based digital marketing agency that works with law firms. We’re looking for a reliable offshore agency to become a long-term partner to help us scale lead generation via cold email outreach. This is NOT a one-off project. We want a dependable team that can follow proven systems and grow with us over time. The Work: -Daily email outreach using tools like Instantly or Smartlead (we’ll help provide inboxes if needed) -Lead list building (we can provide a lot to start) and light personalization (e.g., pulling 1-liner insights from LinkedIn or firm websites) -Following our cold email script and sequence (already written) -Keeping outreach organized in Google Sheets or basic CRM -Occasional email warm-up and domain health checks -~100 emails per day You’ll Get: -Steady work with predictable tasks -Clear SOPs and Loom videos for training -Long-term partnership potential as our volume grows -Prompt payments and direct communication with the founder Ideal Partner: -Small agency or team (not a solo freelancer) -Strong written English -Experience with outbound lead generation (esp. B2B) -Comfortable following systems and providing consistent, clear updates -Reliable and proactive — no ghosting or missed deadlines I'm looking to start immediately with 1 dedicated resource (~100 emails/day) and scale from there.
