Looking to hire a full time bookkeeper for our construction company. Responsibility will be to log the transactions daily with receipts, organize our bills to pay vendors, request missing receipts from teams, manage bank and CC, ensure each transaction is being posted to a specific project for proper billiing, creating invoices to clients, creating estimates, and much more. Must have a good grasp of QBO. Looking to hire soon and this is for long term/full time. Must not have any other open jobs or commitments. Looking for someone to work US hours. Do not apply if you cannot work US hours and don't apply if you have any other open jobs or aren't willing to work full time. Person must also be expandable to other virtual assistant tasks if needed.
