We’re looking for a highly creative and dedicated designer to work with our real estate company. we need a hands-on designer who can focus fully on our project and deliver high-quality work quickly. This project is urgent, and we require someone who can commit at least 6-7 hours per day. If you currently have multiple ongoing projects, please do not apply. Responsibilities: - Create modern, visually compelling designs for our real estate website - Design interactive web experiences, including 2D animations and smooth UI interactions - Develop or refine 3D visuals (homes, interiors, property elements) - Work closely with us to bring our construction/real estate brand to life - Deliver fast, consistent updates and maintain strong communication Requirements: - Proven experience in real estate or home construction design - Strong 3D design skills (real estate models, home visuals, or architectural presentations) - Experience creating interactive websites with 2D animation elements - Ability to focus exclusively on this project (7hours/day availability) - Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under an urgent timeline Nice to Have: - Experience with UI/UX tools (Figma, XD) - Understanding of real estate buyer behavior - Knowledge of animation tools (Lottie, After Effects, Webflow interactions, etc.)
