About

I’m building a lean, modular AI automation system for my medical-legal consulting business — a kind of digital operations desk that actually works. The goal is to create a practical, reliable alternative to all the flashy “multi-agent” products that sound amazing but collapse in real use. Think of it as Marblism, if Marblism had discipline. The Grundy Intelligence Ops Desk will coordinate several pieces of day-to-day work: • drafting and scheduling LinkedIn content • publishing blog posts to Squarespace • managing structured, multi-step email campaigns • handling assistant-type functions like drafting emails, managing my calendar, summarizing calls, and generating concise morning briefs This is a well-defined two-week MVP build with clear milestones and the potential for ongoing expansion once the first version is stable. I’m looking for an engineer who’s comfortable combining reasoning models with real-world integrations — someone who can connect APIs, automate workflows, and think clearly about security and data flow. The core stack includes the OpenAI API (GPT-4 / Responses), LangGraph or LangChain for orchestration, n8n for workflow automation, and Supabase + Pinecone for the retrieval layer. We’ll be integrating with Google Workspace, Buffer or Hypefury, Squarespace, Brevo or SendGrid, and possibly Twilio later on. The first milestone will deliver: – the Ops Desk orchestrator using LangGraph and GPT-4 – a working RAG memory layer with Supabase and Pinecone – the LinkedIn Draft → Approve → Schedule flow – email and calendar integration – a simple manual approval system (web dashboard or Telegram/SMS) – basic logging and a secure hand-off If time allows, the second milestone can add blog publishing, the outbound campaign skeleton, or a voice/SMS interface. You’ve probably built with GPT-4 or LangChain before. You know how to wire up tools, handle authentication, and build systems that are both functional and clean. You write readable code, communicate clearly, and respect the importance of a proper hand-off. I care more about reliability, clarity, and craftsmanship than flash. Worldwide applicants are welcome — capability and communication matter more to me than geography. I expect the MVP to take about two weeks. The budget range is $1,000–$3,000 fixed price, though I’m open to hourly if we establish a good rhythm. I’d call the scope medium and the skill level intermediate. All code, prompts, and designs will be considered works made for hire and ownership transfers to me upon payment. A simple one-page Independent Contractor and IP Assignment agreement will be signed before work begins. If you’re tired of buzzword “AI agents” that promise the world and deliver chaos — and want to build one that actually works — I’d love to talk.
