I am looking for someone to help me create a logo for my Etsy shop. It is called Carolina Louise Design. The "Carolina" refers to my home state of South Carolina. I now reside in Las Vegas. I want a logo based upon the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign that also incorporates an image of a palmetto tree (they look like squatty palm trees.) I would like a black and white and a color version. Nothing hyper-realistic, I want it to have the retro glam vibe of the original sign. If you need more words to include, you can note that the shop was established in 2014. To keep with the location-based vibe, I'd like to hire someone local to the area if possible!
