Job Overview: I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with two ongoing tasks: 1. Building and scheduling marketing emails in Klaviyo using existing templates (mostly Saturday/Sunday sends) 2. Creating furniture product listings in my Shopify store This is consistent, long-term work with the opportunity to expand into graphic editing (Photoshop) and other marketing tasks if you're interested. Responsibilities: * Build weekly marketing emails in Klaviyo using pre-made templates * Schedule emails for weekend sends (usually Sat/Sun) * Follow a content calendar I provide * Create new product listings in Shopify including titles, descriptions, images, tags, and collections * Format product pages using my existing templates & style guides * Communicate proactively if something is unclear or needs attention * Optional (if you have the skill): basic Photoshop tasks (resizing images, simple edits) Requirements: * Experience with Klaviyo * Experience with Shopify product listings * Good written English and strong attention to detail * Experience with ChatGPT or equivalent * Ability to follow detailed instructions & templates * Consistent communication * Stable internet connection Nice to Have (Not Required): * Photoshop or Canva skills * Familiarity with furniture, home décor, or e-commerce retail * Experience working with US-based Shopify stores Workload & Pay: * ~$5/hour * 3–10 hours/week to start; may expand * Long-term ongoing relationship preferred
