Hello! I’m looking for a reliable, English-speaking virtual assistant to collaborate long-term on my Etsy shop selling digital sewing patterns (PDF files only). Instead of a fixed one-time payment, this role offers a 15% performance-based profit-sharing model, so you earn based on how well the shop performs. You’ll only upload digital files. Customer support for sewing questions is NOT required. Responsibilities: Organize products into categories and ensure listings are accurate. Manage and update listings as needed. Coordinate with me on monthly uploads and promotions. All listing, transaction, and advertising fees will be covered by me. Payment & Profit Sharing: 15% of net profit after deducting advertising and listing fees. This is a long-term collaboration, with potential growth as the shop expands. Ideal Candidate: English fluent, reliable, detail-oriented. Familiarity with Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus but not required. Comfortable with regular digital uploads and product management. Open to signing a simple collaboration agreement to clarify responsibilities and protect both parties.
