We are seeking a talented and reliable long form video editor to help shape engaging, polished content for our YouTube and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience editing videos ranging from 10–60 minutes, with a strong focus on pacing, storytelling, and audience retention. Requirements Proven experience editing long-form content (portfolio required) Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro Strong understanding of YouTube content trends and retention strategies Ability to handle multi-camera setups and sync audio/video seamlessly Attention to detail in color grading, audio balancing, and visual clarity Clear communication and reliable turnaround times.
