We are seeking a skilled graphic designer to create a logo from a sample that is about 90% complete in PNG format and the resolution seal element that is part of the brand. The designer will need to make technical adjustments and follow specific directions to finalize the logo but will have to work off of rough screenshots that give a general idea.
