We’re an EU/CZ aviation parts distributor currently using MyUS for US→EU shipments. We need a logistics consultant to design and pilot a more efficient multi-forwarder setup, define SLA targets (check-in ≤24h, ship-out ≤48h), handle DG/lithium batteries (UN3481) correctly, and document everything into a clear SOP + Google Sheets dashboard. Deliverables include a quick audit, rate-card/RFP comparison, a 2–3 shipment pilot, and final SOP/tooling.
