About the Role
We’re hiring professional and safety-focused Safety Drivers to support autonomous vehicle operations in Las Vegas. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge self-driving technology and play a key role in the future of transportation.

As a Safety Driver, you’ll operate and monitor autonomous vehicles, ensure readiness, and provide valuable feedback to engineering teams. You’ll be the front line of safe and reliable ride-hailing operations.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles (4–8 hours daily).
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle safety checks.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep vehicles clean/ready.
• Follow test cases and document results accurately.
• Provide clear written and verbal feedback to engineering teams.
• Support vehicle logistics, movement, and storage.

Pay & Benefits

• $25.00/hour base pay.
• Weekend shifts: +5% per hour.
• Night shifts (start after 1 p.m.): +2% per hour.
• Weekend night shifts: up to +7% per hour!
• Flexible day and night schedules.
• Long-term contract with consistent hours.

Shifts Available

• Day Shifts: 5:45am–2:15pm, 6:45am–3:15pm, 7:45am–4:15pm
• Night Shifts: 1:45pm–10:15pm, 2:45pm–11:15pm, 3:45pm–12:15am, 5:45pm–2:00am
• Days: Wednesday–Sunday, Thursday–Monday, Friday–Tuesday, Saturday–Wednesday

Qualifications

• Excellent driving record and no criminal history.
• Ability to drive for extended periods (up to 6+ hours per day).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting.
• Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or technical experience.
• Military background.
