Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Funding Specialist to oversee all aspects of funding and disbursement in our title insurance operations. The ideal candidate will bring precision, accountability, and strong communication skills to ensure accurate and timely handling of funds while maintaining compliance and delivering exceptional service to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the funding and disbursement process for real estate closings.
• Balance funding ledgers and reconcile closing packages with accuracy.
• Verify incoming wires, loan proceeds, and prepare outgoing disbursements.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, lender requirements, and company policies.
• Work closely with lenders, attorneys, realtors, and internal teams to coordinate smooth closings.
• Review and approve final settlement statements.
• Monitor escrow accounts and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Provide leadership and guidance to support staff, fostering teamwork and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in title insurance, escrow, or loan funding required.
• Strong knowledge of disbursement procedures, compliance, and accounting practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lead, train, and support team members.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
