Job Details LMS Analyst Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION: LMS Analyst The LMS Analyst supports enterprise-wide learning initiatives across a large healthcare organization, including Epic EHR systems. This role bridges collaboration between EHR, IS&T, HR, and instructional design teams to enhance the digital learning experience. Responsibilities include creating, packaging, and maintaining SCORM-compliant training content and managing LMS course catalogs to ensure compliance and structure. Success requires expertise in healthcare training workflows, curriculum quality assurance, and strategic instructional design input. The analyst also ensures regulatory compliance and system integrity while managing priorities independently. Excellent conceptualization, analytical and logic skills. Ability to articulate and translate technical language to clinical customers. Ability to influence at all levels across the company within span of control. Demonstrates ability to obtain expert-level proficiency in multiple technologies.
