3G Productions is a multi-faceted live entertainment production company, headquartered in Las Vegas with substantial operations in Los Angeles, Nashville and Atlanta. 3G owns high-end professional audio, lighting, rigging, and video equipment that it rents out to and operates for concert promotors, bands, live performance venues, casinos, and corporations. Additionally, 3G specializes in project management, design, and installation of professional production equipment for large scale performance venues and sports arenas.

Position Overview:

We're expanding our production leadership team to support a growing slate of live events in Nashville and beyond. We're looking for experienced professionals who know how to take ownership, support their teams, and make the production process smoother for everyone. As a member of the Production team at 3G, you will play a vital role in executing seamless event experiences.

Open Roles Include:

• Project Managers
• Production Managers
• Cross Rental Agents
• Asset Managers
• Lead Engineers (Lighting, Audio, Video)

Responsibilities:

• Lead teams through all phases of live event production, from prep to load-out
• Manage schedules, logistics, and client communication (especially for PMs)
• Coordinate closely with department heads and technical staff
• Maintain high standards in safety, show quality, and crew performance
• Help build a supportive, low-drama show culture

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership experience in live events, concerts, corporate AV, or touring
• Ability to problem-solve on the fly and keep a level head under pressure
• Experience managing crew, gear, budgets, and logistics
• Clear, respectful communication with both crew and clients
• Technical knowledge in at least one area (lighting, audio, video, rigging) is a plus

• 10 hour shift
