About the Role I am hiring a part-time LinkedIn Research & Engagement Analyst to act as my “listener” on LinkedIn. You will NOT post as me, you will NOT write content, and you will NOT manage my LinkedIn account. Your job is to monitor LinkedIn daily from your own account, collect relevant posts from people I specify, feed the information into ChatGPT using templates I provide, and compile a clean daily report for my approval. After I approve comments drafted by ChatGPT, I will handle all posting. I will provide: A list of high-priority people for you to follow A list of key LinkedIn Groups for you to join A detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) A custom ChatGPT instruction set to ensure consistent performance A daily reporting format Your Responsibilities Follow the list of individuals I provide (bankers, analysts, CFOs, CEOs, IR leaders) Join specified LinkedIn groups Monitor your LinkedIn feed + those specific accounts daily Capture 5–15 relevant posts per day (screenshots or copy/paste) Feed those posts into ChatGPT using my templates Receive ChatGPT’s outputs (recommended posts + drafted comments) Compile a clear daily report for me Never guess — always use ChatGPT for analysis and drafting Never log into my LinkedIn account What You Will NOT Do You will NOT post on my behalf You will NOT DM anyone on LinkedIn You will NOT write comments from scratch You will NOT improvise IR or finance knowledge You will NOT access my LinkedIn account Daily Time Requirement Around 45–60 minutes per day, Monday through Friday Flexibility on timing, but daily report must be submitted by a consistent hour Qualifications Strong English reading and summarization skills Reliable, organized, and able to follow structured processes Comfortable using ChatGPT No finance knowledge required (training is provided)
