We are seeking a seasoned LinkedIn Ads expert to consult on and manage our paid ad campaigns targeting U.S.-based lawyers and law firm owners. We’re currently running campaigns on LinkedIn but need expert help improving our targeting, messaging, and conversion rates. You’ll play a key role in refining our strategy to ensure we’re reaching the right audience and generating quality leads that convert. Ideal candidates will: - Have deep expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and B2B lead generation. - Understand how to market to professionals in niche industries (legal industry experience is a major plus). - Be comfortable analyzing performance data and adjusting strategies accordingly. - Have experience managing A/B tests, lead form optimization, and retargeting funnels. This is an ongoing role with room to grow as we scale our paid ad efforts.
