Our team of 20+ PhDs and engineers provides cutting-edge economic, interconnection, compliance, and deliverability analyses supporting renewable generation, battery storage, large-load, and transmission projects. We’ve advised on over 180 GW of generation and load projects for major utilities, developers, and investors. We are now seeking a LinkedIn Marketing Professional to help us strengthen our brand presence and engagement within the energy industry. Role Overview We’re looking for a LinkedIn expert who can transform our highly technical content into engaging, professional posts that capture the attention of project developers, utilities, investors, and engineers in the power and renewable energy sectors. You’ll collaborate directly with our business development and engineering teams to curate, write, and post content that balances technical depth with compelling storytelling. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Curation Translate complex power systems and renewable energy topics (provided by our team) into accessible, eye-catching, and informative LinkedIn posts. Draft posts that align with our voice: technically credible, visually engaging, and thought-provoking. Incorporate visuals (charts, infographics, or imagery) to enhance engagement. Marketing Strategy & Engagement Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence by maintaining a consistent content calendar. Rotate between brand awareness content, deep technical insights, and engagement-driven posts (polls, questions, collaborations). Maintain active engagement by responding to comments, identifying relevant conversations, and strategically connecting with key industry figures. Research & Trend Awareness Independently research industry news, ISO developments, and market trends to identify timely content opportunities. Stay current on LinkedIn algorithm updates and best practices for maximizing post reach and engagement. Suggest creative post formats and campaigns to increase visibility among decision-makers. Performance Tracking Monitor post performance metrics and provide periodic reports on reach, engagement, and growth. Recommend adjustments based on data-driven insights. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience managing LinkedIn marketing or social media for B2B or technical brands (energy, engineering, or technology preferred). Deep understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm — including timing, content types, and engagement triggers. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to balance technical precision and approachable tone. Ability to research independently and identify key takeaways from technical materials or reports. Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy principles, including content rotation, audience targeting, and analytics tracking. Strong organizational skills — capable of maintaining a consistent posting and engagement schedule. Nice to Have Background or interest in power systems, renewables, or energy markets. Experience creating visuals or using design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express). Basic familiarity with LinkedIn Ads or lead-generation campaigns.
